Price terms:
      1. All FOB prices do not include Origin Receiving Charge (O.R.C.)
      2. Price is based on full container load per shipment, will have extra charge for small order.   
      3.  For bulk order has different discount depends on quantity.

Payment terms:
      1. 30-50% deposit by T/T, balance amount to be paid within 7 days against copy of BL.
      2. By irrevocable L/C at sight, to be issued immediately against confirmed order.
      3. Full Payment by T/T, if order is less than 1x20’

Sample terms:
      1. Most samples are not free of charge,and courier charge must also be for buyer's account by advance payment.
      2. Samples will be sent subject to advance payment to cover the courier charge and samples charge 
      3. You can instruct your courier company to pick up samples in our China office at your expenses. For pick-up details, please advise your courier company to contact us .
      4. Delivery time 3-10 working days after payment. 

Small order terms:
        Order less than 1x20', or 1x20' fill many items & most items order by minimum quantity are taken as small order  and extra cost increased due to the situation of shipment.

After-sales service : Faulty products, Damaged products
To ensure your order is delivered safely, and in a perfect working condition. Please inspect your purchase as soon as you receive it.

1)Check to see if the item is in perfect working condition and make sure is the correct items in the right quantities.
2)If any problem, please notify us within 2 working days of receipt of your item.
3)If you believe the item you have received has a manufacturing fault or defect, please contact us within 15 days .
4)It is your responsibility to make sure that the items are kept safely and without any further damage so please ensure it is packed safely and securely before we confirmed.
5)Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any damages caused due to any improper use or by your courier’s shipping. 6)If the item is found to have a manufacturing fault or defect we will either attempt to repair the fault or provide a replacement- if applicable.

Consignment
To build up a trustable relationship, we assure our customer on time delivery both for sample order and bulk order. For sample order, the sample will be send out in 3 days by the way decided by two sides, please make sure you provide us a detail information for the delivery after payment. For the bulk order, the goods will be in production in a time and delivery on the time fixed in the contract.
